We are always looking for fun ways to make our lives easier. When we get a really good one, we love to share it with other parents. Keep checking back here for more great ideas!

And it's good for you!Worried about the sugar and caffeine content in chocolate milk? Don't be. Each 250ml serving of chocolate milk contains as much sugar as the same serving of unsweetened fruit juice and as much caffeine as a cup of decaffeinated coffee. Studies show that children who drink milk at lunch are more likely to meet their daily calcium requirements! Lunch Moms Inc. is proud to be one of the few lunch programs that offers fresh milk as part of its lunches for the same great price!

LunchbagmanMelissa has a great idea for packing frozen drinks. She says, "I wrap a frozen drink in a paper towel, so the rest of the bag does not get wet with the condensation. Then, at lunch, the kids have a wet wipe to clean off with, and a dry bag to put things back into."

Nadia likes to save those "joke a day" Give yourself a laugh a day!calendars. "I keep the old ones and throw them in the family lunch bags. The day may be gone but the joke is still good!"

A timesaving idea from Fatima for the working parents. "I used to be part of a neat "lunch pooling" group. We formed a lunch pool at work with four other persons. On one day of the week, one person made lunch for all. It was easier to make five of the same lunches at once than to make five different ones every morning. Plus, it added variety!"
